JuJitsu Classes
Overview
This course incorporates theories, principles and techniques essential for self-defense whether you are a novice or a seasoned veteran. You will learn techniques for warm-up, proper falling, locking techniques for wrists, fingers, arms and legs, throwing techniques, basic grappling and self-defense against strikes, chokes, body grabs and wrist grabs. Adults, teens and families are welcome.

Schedule
Tuesdays: 7:15-8:30
Wednesdays: 7:30-8:30 - at the Southwest Center for the Martial Arts
Thursdays: 6:15-7:15

Cost
Classes cost $40 per month. However, the first month is free, so that you have an opportunity to test the water.
